Carlene Ann Mueller of Plainview, MN passed away peacefully on October 22, 2015 at the age of 86. Carlene was born in Wilson, MN, on March 1, 1929 to from St. Charles High School in 1947. She married George E. Mueller on February 24, 1960 in Plainview MN and resided in the local area before moving into town in 1966. Carlene is survived by; her husband of 55 years,George; five children, Steve (Patricia), Louann (Scott Carpenter), Carol (Sean Leavitt), Paul, and Leonard (MaryRose); grandchildren, Brandon Mueller (Leonard), Courtney Mueller (Leonard), Ashleigh Mueller (Steve) Mathew Mueller (Steve) Nathan Carpenter (Louann), Nicholas Carpenter(Louann), Emily Carpenter(Louann), Shannon Alex Leavitt(Carol), McKinley Leavitt(Carol), sisters RoseMarie Schnieder (Bill), Elaine McKoan, brothers, Dick Koenig, and Everett Koenig (RoseMary) Preceded in death by her parents Helen and Sylvester Koenig, and sister Bernetta Koenig. There will be a visitation at Schad & Zabel Funeral Home in Plainview on Thursday, October 29, 2015 from 4:00 p.m. - 8:00p.m. Funeral services to be held at St. Joachim Catholic Church in Plainview on Friday, October 30, 2015 at 11:00 a.m with Father William Becker officicating, luncheon to follow. There will be a one hour visitation prior to the service.
