Darlene Hahn, 78, of St.Charles, left this world November 30th.2017. Darlene
was born December 24th 1938 near Forestville in rural Fillmore County to Harold
and Della (Frazer) Vande Zande. Darlene married Ronald Hahn on September
1st 1967 at North Prairie Church. She was a homemaker and also worked at the
Chatfield Care Center for a number of years. She very much enjoyed her three
grandchildren. Darlene’s hobbies included oil painting, country music and
dancing with her husband.
Darlene is survived by sons Dean (Kathleen) of St. Charles, Don (Jen) of
Kasson, three grandchildren, Samantha, Isabelle, and Nicholas; brother David,
and sisters Sharold, Shirley, Sharon, and Charlene. She was preceded in death
by her husband Ronald, sister Charlotte, brothers Harold, Merle and a baby
brother.
Funeral service will be Monday, December 4, 11:00 a.m. at Schad & Zabel
Funeral Home in Eyota with Rev. Mark Woodward officiating. Burial is at the
Saratoga Cemetery. Visitation is Monday 10:00 a.m. till the time of the service at
the funeral home.
