Debra Ann Justin, 67, of Dover, MN passed away at her home on July 6, 2026.
She was born on January 6, 1959, in San Francisco, CA to Robert and Rhoda (Thompson) Jones. In 1965, the family moved to Spring Valley, MN. Debra graduated from Spring Valley High School and then attended Rochester Technical College. She went on to work at the Mayo Clinic for 46 years. On August 28, 1982, she married Michael Mlenar. They later divorced. On May 26, 2000, Debra married Brian Justin at Our Savior's Lutheran Church in Eyota. The couple made their home in Dover.
Debra was a Packers fan. An avid concert goer, she loved music. She enjoyed spending time with family and friends, especially her grandchildren. In her free time, she liked camping and taking trips with her family as well as trail riding in their Razor. They took several vacations to the Wisconsin Dells, and one trip to Mexico that required antibiotics upon returning home.
Debra is survived by her mother, Rhoda Jones of Spring Valley; children, Sara (Jeremy) Bantley of Kellogg, Jared (Moni) Mlenar of Rochester, and Katie (Cody Benedetto) Gunderson of Winona; grandchildren, Jayden Rucinski (Carter Wallerich), Jace Bantley, Kai and Koda Mlenar; siblings, Kerry (Steve) Willger of Manhattan, MT, and Todd (Jill) Jones of Spring Valley; sister-in-law, Lori Jones, and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her father, Robert Jones; husband, Brian Justin; and brother, Bobby Jones.
A memorial service will be held at 11:00 AM on Tuesday, July 14, 2026, at Our Savior's Lutheran Church, 770 Robert Ave. SW, Eyota, MN, with visitation one hour prior to the service.
Schad and Zabel Funeral Homes are handling the arrangements.
