June Graves

Lovilla (June) Graves, age 86, peacefully went to be with the Lord on March 9, 2019. She was born to Warren and Marian (Ehlenfeldt) Hill on June 6, 1932. June married Steven Graves on November 5, 1949 in Plainview. They were married for 66 years before Steve passed March 1, 2016. Together they had 4 daughters; Linda (Pete) Adamovich of Naperville, IL, Janet (Rick) Blair of Oak Grove, MN, Donna Mihalow of St. Francis, MN and Cheryl Kuiper of Coon Rapids, MN. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 22 great-grandchildren, 5 great-great grandchildren and 1 sister Darlene (Glen) Boynton of Rushford, MN. In 1968 the family moved from Winona to Minneapolis area and in 1993 retired in Rochester. She had a good life and was very happy when they spent winters in Texas and Arizona. In 2013 they moved to Coon Rapids to be closer to their children. June enjoyed spending time with her family, playing cards, cooking, baking, flowers and gardening, She will be missed greatly by everyone who knew her. Funeral service is Friday, March 15, 11:30 a.m. at Schad & Zabel Funeral Home in Plainview with Mr. Bill Wohlers officiating. Burial is at Greenwood Cemetery in Plainview.
