Kenneth Edward Tlougan

Kenneth Edward Tlougan was in a fatal motorcycle accident on June 26, 2025. He was born on March 13, 1963, in Wabasha, Minnesota to Lois (Mussell) and Kenneth Tlougan. He was 62 years old.

He is survived by one daughter, Ashley Gardner and her husband Richard Bublitz, plus seven siblings: Ben, Kevin, Alia, Owen and Greg Tlougan, Carol Marshman, Gwen Ahern, plus 19 nieces and nephews and their 34 children.

For work, Ken mostly drove heavy equipment and trucks. He liked working outside and with his hands. When he was younger, he had a good time partying. More recently he enjoyed golfing (often with his brothers) and shooting streaky gophers. Playing jass and cribbage put a smile on his face. He had many ups and downs and lived through some tough times. Kenny had a big heart. He’s now free and at peace. God is happy to have him home again.

A celebration of his life will take place at the Plainview American Legion on July 8, 2025, at 4:30-7:30 pm. All who knew him are welcome.
