The funeral service for Mandi Jo Seefeldt will be Thursday, March 6, 12 Noon, at Schad & Zabel Funeral Home in Plainview with Mr. Bill Wohlers officiating. Mandi, 22, died Friday, February 28, at Mayo Clinic Hospital-Rochester, St. Mary’s Campus, of injuries sustained in a car accident. Mandi Jo Seefeldt was born September 15, 1991 in Rochester to Kim Seefeldt and Kathryn Leonard. She was raised in Plainview and graduated from Plainview High School in 2010. She then attended South Central College in Mankato for three years and then moved back to Plainview. She was currently working at Bakers Square in Rochester. Mandi loved her dog “Rasta”. She enjoyed spending time with her family and friends. She will be dearly missed. ‘Never regret what once made you smile’ She is survived by her father, Kim Seefeldt of Plainview, mother, Kathy Stiehl of St. Charles, two brothers, Alan Stiehl of Provo, Utah and David Stevens of Burnsville, and maternal grandparents, Gene and Jill Leonard of Pepin, WI. She was preceded in death by her paternal grandparents and maternal grandmother. Visitation is Thursday, 10 am till the time of the service at the funeral home.
