Robert “Bobbie” Stephan Jr. 88, of Stewartville passed away Monday, May 6, 2019 at St. Mary’s Hospital in Rochester. Robert was born in Plainview on February 15, 1931 to Robert and Erma (Polikowski) Stephan. He graduated from Plainview High School. Robert then attended Concordia College in St. Paul and received his teaching degree and later received his Master’s degree from Winona State University. He was a member of Immanuel Lutheran Church in Plainview. Bobbie is survived by his niece, Candy (Marty) Robertson of Rochester; his great niece and nephew, Tonya Laden Booker of Plainview and Christian (Brooke) Booker of Williamsburg, KY; and eight great great nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents and sister, Ardeth Longsworth. A graveside service will be Tuesday, May 14, 2:00 p.m. at Greenwood Cemetery in Plainview with Pastor Phil Augustine officiating.
