Y (Rick) Kinnetz
b. January 18, 1958
Rick was born January 18, 1958 in Emmetsburg, Iowa to Ronald and Delores (Galbraith)
from 1976-1980. He married the love of his life, Pamela Arends on September 26, 1981
and had one daughter.
Rick’s passions included his love of sports, carpentry, woodworking and spending time
with family and friends.
Rick is survived by his wife Pamela of Eyota, daughter; Danielle (Adam) Knutson and
granddaughter Adalynn of Grand Meadow, MN. His parents; Ronald and Delores Kinnetz
of Eyota, Sister; Deb Knox of Pleasant Hill, CA, and brothers; Michael (Jeanie) Kinnetz
and Scott (Becky) Kinnetz both of Stewartville. He was preceded in death by his maternal
and paternal grandparents.
A special thank you to Dr. Grzegorz Nowakowski and staff of the Mayo Clinic Oncology
Department.
The funeral service is Friday, February 1, 11 am at the Faith United Methodist Church in
Eyota with Rev. Mark Woodward officiating. Burial is at the Evergreen Cemetery, Dover,
MN. Friends and family may call on Thursday, 5-8 pm at the Schad & Zabel Funeral Home
in Eyota and 1 hour prior to the service at the church on Friday.
